1959 NATGAZ was established in March 1959, the founders were Mr. Pierre Michel Feroun, Mr. Pierre Henri Helou and Mr. Michel Salim Eddeh.
1977 NATGAZ was completely sold to Mr. Wajih, Nabil and Nazih Sidani and was part of the Sidani group for LPG import, storage and distribution.
1990 United Gas Co. bought completely the company from Sidani group and established three branches of cylinder filling station in Fanar (Main branch), Choueifat and Baalbek.
2003 Gas du Liban Holding bought completely the company and added a new filling station branch in Dora.
