SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
The company’s day-to-day business is run by a Management Board which is composed of 6 members. The senior management team is composed of a Chairman and a General Manager. They set out the objectives and guidelines for the company’s operations, represent the company in external relations and ensure the efficiency and transparency of management.
NEHME TOHME
Mr. Nehmé Tohme is an engineer, member of the Lebanese Parliament and ex-Minister. He is currently serving as the Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of Natgaz. A very well-known and reputable businessman with over 30 years of relevant experience, he has significant ownership interests in various companies operating in numerous business sectors in Lebanon and abroad.
HABIB KHOURY RAPHAEL
Mr. Habib Khoury Raphael has been with Natgaz since 2012 as General Manager. He has an extensive experience of over 20 years in the industry. He is the General Manager of Gaz du Liban holding since 2000 and was the main force behind many initiatives regarding the development of gas usage in Lebanon.
EMPLOYEES
We are proud of our 120 employees spanning across various departments and divisions. Natgaz’s main human power is through its technicians and mechanical engineers. 43% of our employees reside on administrative posts compared to 56% that are non-administrative. We believe in the constant training and development of our teams and have made sure that they are always on top of their game through certified trainings related to customer service, management, leadership, and safety. We are keen on expanding our operations and have been constantly on the lookout for talents, employing 14 people in 2014 alone.
